I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel cared for after a long flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was really cozy. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including delicious vegetarian pizza. The pool area was also very relaxing, providing a peaceful escape from the busy city.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccable and had all the amenities I needed. The reception and lobby area were beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food at the 14 restaurants in the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of options from all around the world. I particularly enjoyed the international buffet on New Year's Eve, which had an extensive selection of meat, seafood, sushi, appetizers, and desserts. The hotel's Christmas and New Year decorations were lovely, and the New Year's party was an unforgettable experience, featuring stunning fireworks and lights. This hotel is perfect for both celebrations and business trips.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was well equipped with everything I needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with great options for dining at the on-site restaurants, bar, and cafe. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being situated on a main street in the city. It was walking distance to popular attractions like Galle Face and the Old Town, which made exploring the city convenient. The hotel's connection to a shopping mall with a food hall was a major plus, providing plenty of dining options. The staff were pleasant and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I even had the opportunity to speak with the front office manager, Geethaka, who went above and beyond in helping me secure tickets for the Australia Sri Lanka cricket game in Kandy. Lastly, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, ensuring a great start to each day.
